MAMA-YA BISHOP STREET was established in March,16th 2015 at BISHOP STREET in Downtown.

Concept
​
MAMA-YA BISHOP STREET is a reflection of our passion that modern style cafe and BENTO shop merges to create confortable space and stylish atmosphere.
​
It's located in the center of Downtown,
Honolulu that is the current historic, economic, governmental, and central part.
There are some historical buildings around there and our shop blend into these cultural landscape.
These area is also well known as business town, and mostly business personnel comes to our shop during their lunch hour.

BENTO and other meals on the shop are easy to take out and eat in short period of time.
​
There is a seating area next to our shop, so you can enjoy our food and with friends before going back to your office.
​

Variety
We are serving not only BENTO but also Bowl, Musubi, Sushi, Salad.
​
One of our popular products is Miso Butterfish bento that comes with flavorful and tender butterfish.
​
You can select from white or multi grain rice, and miso soup or water.
​
Varied salad with special dressing are also available.
All salad are fresh and we are very careful to keep its quality.

Mamaya uses flavors and cooking methods that bring out the best flavors from Hawaii grown fresh vegetables.

"Bento" is originally from Japan, and we are knowledgable of the style but we don't serve just the same as Japan.
